胃藥的新情敵--優酪乳

優酪乳遇上胃酸會產生什麼奇妙的變化？屏東市中正國中理化科學生，利用各廠牌的優酪乳對抗「模擬胃酸」，結果發現優酪乳有抑制胃痛的效果，獲得屏東縣科展冠軍，將代表屏東縣進軍全國科展。

屏東縣科學展覽日昨成績揭曉，中正國中 2 年 11班學生陳奕潔、鄭秉芳、鄭哲宇、顏瑞亭等 4 人，以「胃藥的新情敵─當優酪乳遇上胃酸」拿下理化科第一名，鄭哲宇說，現代人生活很忙碌，許多人都有吃胃藥的習慣，也有人吃牛奶治胃痛，但為幫忙許多人解決胃痛問題，他們最近做了很多實驗，希望有更多的科學證據，支持他們的理論。

鄭哲宇等人指出，他們先以鹽酸製成與胃酸相同PH 值的「模擬胃酸」，再倒入各廠牌的優酪乳，結果發現有的優酪乳只需一分鐘左右的時間，就可以將胃酸中和，可見優酪乳的獨特效用，為了將實驗用得很有趣，他們特別提出一個有趣的主題：「胃藥的新情敵」，那就是優酪乳。

中正國中校長陳明逢說，學校每年都會先舉辦校內科展，鼓勵各校組隊參加，胃病的確是現代人的最痛，同學們能以胃病為主題，進行各種實驗，幫現代人找出最好的防治方法。



衣服放久變黃，怎麼辦？

前陣子才和朋友討論到一些白衣服變黃的問題，都不知道怎麼解決才好？最後通常不是丟掉就是拿來當抹布。

今天，看了日本電視節目『生活一級棒』生活大師教導了一個方法，大家不妨試試。方法如下：

1.買一把菠菜，經過熱水滾燙後，菠菜撈起來只留下滾湯待用。

錯誤! 尚未指定檔名。2.將有黃污漬的地方放入菠菜水中搓揉，再浸泡10分鐘。

原理：衣服上的黃污漬成分主要是蛋白質，而菠菜經過水煮後會釋出可溶解蛋白質的成分。

  

吹風機的妙用

不久前一位朋友帶著一名十來歲小孩來舍求助於他的太太，說她的小孩持續打嗝半天了，非常難受、精神不佳，影響進食。他太太觀察以後告訴她：「這是橫隔肌痙攣所致。」她太太馬上轉身拿出吹風機來，往小孩胃部吹了一通，大約十幾分鐘，打嗝緩解了。大家感到驚訝，這玩意兒竟能治療打嗝，太太會心一笑。這位朋友再三道謝後，告辭了。

過了沒幾天，某一早晨起床後，他發現頭頸僵持，不能轉動自如，往後看，連整個身體也要一起轉，才知道是落枕了。他就想起年輕先後兩次落枕，先後被大夫用針灸和拔火罐的土方法治好過，效果不錯，他想讓太太用其中一法幫他治療，她說，我的手頭沒有新的針灸針，拔火罐也沒有專用的小玻璃罐。

他太太又拿出吹風機來，他不禁笑了起來，怎麼這玩意兒也能治療落枕嗎？好萬能啊！

他太太在他的肩頸部吹了一刻鐘左右，確實鬆動多了，頭能活絡的轉動起來，到了傍晚，又給他吹了一次，頭頸基本恢復了自由，漲痛感大為減輕。他誇獎他太太為「神吹手」。

這時他太太的話匣子打開了，說這土方法，哪家大醫院都不用的，她在北醫多少年，也未想到用吹風機給人治病，還是到鄉間（醫療下鄉）時才「發明」的。那裡各種條件都很差，農民腰酸背痛這類病很多，不可能把大醫院的理療設備搬過去。窮則思變，忽然開了竅，利用吹風機的熱效應來治病。

現代化的理療設備，如光、電、聲、熱等機械，其治病原理之一就是熱效應。當然，就其熱量滲透度、治療效果、病種廣度，吹風機無法與洋設備相比擬的，其局限性很大，但吹風機卻也能治療某些常見的疾病。除上述兩種病之外，如腰酸背痛、肌肉酸痛、痙攣、腳部抽筋有一定療效。其特點是簡單方便，操作容易，只要有電就行了。

他感到腰酸背痛這類常見病很普遍，尤其是老年人得的更多，如不能出門，用這種簡單的方法解除病痛，和樂而不為呢？

  

  

  

  

泡腳

在網路上看到一則保健的觀念：

（一）熱鹽水泡腳，趕走感冒

首先在盆內裝些溫熱的水，把雙腳浸在水中，然後加入一些鹽，並且徐徐加入較熱的水、泡到泛紅並且流汗為止。只要感冒不是很嚴重，通常可以治癒。

（二）幫助入睡又可美容的祕方

每到天冷時，妳是否也有手腳冰冷很難入睡的情形呢？在此，對方提供一個既可助入睡又可美容的秘方，這個秘方是她姨媽去做腳底按摩的大師告訴她的，方法其實很簡單，那就是，每天睡前用熱水泡腳。要特別注意的有兩點：擦乾雙腳後，穿上襪子溫暖，並且充分休息即可。

１.熱水的水溫要到妳能忍耐的極限，就是說越熱越好。

２.水位的高度是要到小腿的三分之二處才有效。

換句話說，當妳泡腳後，要看到自己的腳好像穿了一雙淺紅色中統襪一樣，水溫才夠熱，大師的說法是，這種方法因為加速血液循環，所以不但讓人很好入睡，長期泡下來還具有美容的功效哦！

  

砂糖癒合傷口

高雄市民趙貴山患有糖尿病等疾病，足踝至小腿潰爛，花了幾十萬元治療仍無法痊癒，高雄醫學大學附設醫院主治醫師賴春生用砂糖撒在傷口上，一個多月就癒合。

賴春生說，砂糖有脫水作用，可抑制細菌生長，癒合傷口很有效。八十四歲的趙貴山患有糖尿病、高血壓、直腸癌，他的足踝至小腿三年前受傷潰爛，傷口一直無法癒合，曾到多家醫療院所治療，也試過高壓氧治療和不少秘方，前後花了幾十萬元，傷口非但沒有好轉還散發臭味。

趙貴山表示，四月初到高醫求診，醫師說在傷口撒砂糖治療就會好，他以為是開玩笑，沒想到砂糖撒上去後，傷口經過一個多月後逐漸癒合，簡直是「奇蹟」。

賴春生指出，用砂糖治療感染傷口在國外早年就有人提出報告，但是國內缺乏臨床嚴謹的研究，一般醫療院所不願嘗試，一般民眾也很難想像帶著甜味的砂糖撒在傷口上會有療效。

賴春生在高醫選擇十二名有糖尿病等疾病的患者，傷口都難以癒合，有些患者經檢驗有抗藥性的葡萄球菌感染，使用抗生素也殺不死細菌；傷口長期不能癒合，患者身心都苦惱，經過砂糖治療都已痊癒。

賴春生說，砂糖療法是使用市售的台糖白砂糖，直接撒在傷口上，然後敷蓋紗布。患者傷口原本因厭氧菌產生的臭味及分泌物，二十四小時內漸漸減少，七十二小時到九十六小時完全消失，發燒的患者很快就會退燒，平均七點六天可形成肉芽組織及增生表皮細胞。

他表示，自然界所有生物都要水分才能生長，細菌也不例外。砂糖有脫水作用，每天要撒一到兩次砂糖，以有效抑制細菌生長。因為砂糖不會黏附在傷口，換紗布時病人不會感到疼痛。賴春生說，砂糖療法對一般細菌感染的傷口也適用。

不過砂糖療法最好經醫師診斷治療，患者甚至可依醫師指示買砂糖在家自行「換糖」。

  

黑糖水減輕過敏   (11/28 自由時報) 文／紗紗

逛百貨公司或大賣場時，常常看到有賣黑糖的攤位，黑糖只要好好運用，國產進口一樣好。

黑糖有排毒功能，家中要是有人食物過敏或海鮮過敏，馬上用黑糖加溫水喝一杯，過敏的現象將立即改善，紅腫會慢慢消退。

早晨起床時，發覺有點發燒，今天的班又不能請假，這時可泡一碗溫黑糖水喝下，上班後不適感將消除，對忙碌的上班族幫助頗大。

女性經期時手痛腰痠，用黑糖加幾片山楂一起煮，喝完後瘀血會順利排出，人自然就輕鬆舒適。
